China’s National Centre for Performing Arts, is situated around a shimmering man-made lake, like a brilliant pearl on water. Inaugurated in December of 2007, the NCPA is currently the largest-scale performing arts center in the world. From the very beginning, the NCPA has focused all its energy into planning and brining out its own productions. Until the end of 2012, the NCPA has had 29 productions of its own creation. The abundant sense of creativity behind the productions and the positively infectious artistic power has attracted greater and greater audiences.
